Welcome to The Downtown Academy Records Forums!

 In order to keep these forums enjoyable and interesting for all of our users, we ask that you abide by the following rules. By participating in our forums, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the Forum Rules. Violators may be warned, suspended from posting, or banned from the forums, at the sole discretion of TheDowntownAcademy.com and it's Forum Moderators and Administrators.

We will NOT tolerate:

* Racist Discussions or Remarks

* Posting of Adult Content or Links to Any Site that Contains Adult Content or Sexually Oriented Material

* Posting of Content That Depicts or Links to Any Site That Depicts Real Torture, Death or Mutilation

* Posting of Content That Depicts or Links to Any Site That Depicts Animal Cruelty

* Posting just to increase your number of posts. If you have nothing to say on a certain matter then don't post.

* Posts in a Language Other Than English. The official language of our forum is English.

* Multiple Forum Registrations

* Registration With a Disposable E-mail Addresses

* Warnings and bans are not to be discussed on the forum. Likewise, discussions regarding moderator actions are not permitted on the forum.

Disagreements between members are not the responsibility of the Forum Moderators, Site Administrators or TheDowntownAcademy.com. If you have conflicting issues with another forum member, please take it to email or private message with that user.

Public flame wars will not be tolerated and any flame war published on our web site is subject to editing or deletion. Flame wars are considered ‘forum abuse’ and users participating in flame wars may be subject to having their forum membership revoked at the discretion of TheDowntownAcademy.com.

Feel free to report forum abuse or forum rule violations to a moderator but do not ask Forum Moderators or Site Administrators to interfere with resolving personal conflicts with other users.
TheDowntownAcademy.com and its Moderators reserve the right to delete posts and/or whole conversations we determine are irrelevant, abusive or disruptive in nature without warning.

 We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the forums to determine compliance with all sections of this Agreement and any other operating rules established by us. TheDowntownAcademy.com further reserves the right to remove a user's privilege to post content in our forums. Suspended members who re-register with new accounts will have those accounts deactivated without notice.

 While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
